Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, offering great tea making facilities. It was clean, in good condition, and extremely tidy, providing a comfortable experience. However, the initial greeting was a bit disappointing. The location, though not very central, was convenient due to the proximity to bus stops and key tourist sites. The dining offered a good selection, although some dishes lacked flavor. Overall, the staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort.
The hotel had large rooms with all the amenities you could need, and was located in downtown Dublin. The rooms were enormous with a giant bed and loads of space, although not so big but modern, very clean, and equipped with everything you need. It was a great size and really comfortable.
The hotel is in a great central location, close to popular attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, perfect for a peaceful stay. The service was friendly and helpful. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a good buffet selection. Overall, a convenient choice with good value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the lovely view of Merrion Square from my room. The staff was friendly, although there was a small hiccup with the billing process. The location was amazing, within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with great food selection but slow coffee service. Overall, a pleasant experience.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. Despite the rooms needing an upgrade and falling short of guest expectations, the lovely ambiance made up for it. The service was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, although there were minor oversights like leaving a wet floor sign for too long. The location is superb, with easy access to key attractions and a quiet atmosphere. Dining was a mix of disappointment and satisfaction, depending on the specific offerings. However, the facilities were generally adequate, ensuring a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although small, were well-equipped and extremely quiet, which was great for light sleepers like me. However, the room was too hot with no way to adjust the temperature, creating a somewhat uncomfortable setting. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely professional and helpful, particularly Mr Jorge Conceicao and Mr Argio. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from Stephens Green and Grafton Street, and close to convenient bus stops. The dining experience was a standout, with delicious options, but the scrambled eggs were a letdown. Overall, a solid choice with some room for improvement.
The hotel is a nice spot for relaxation after a day out, with modern and clean rooms ideal for a cozy stay. A loud atmosphere can be a drawback, but the Irish breakfast served inside is a delightful touch.
